The course I have put together will help everyone. I have completely simplified the topic of investing. However, to stop people who try to take advantage of refund policies to take courses for free, I have incorporated a refund policy checklist of things that need to happen prior to a refund being issued. Refunds will not be issued to members that say they knew the information in the course. Our course is a beginners course and an outline of the entire course was provided to you prior to purchase. In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course, completed the full course, including the exit sessions and you did not understand what was taught.
Students who request a refund should:
- Complete the entire course.
- Demonstrate they couldn't understand the course.
- Complete two 1hr exit sessions (here, I try to help members who didn't understand specific topics in the course).
We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by The Investing Tutor, LLC. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
