Refund
1. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds, With Limited Exceptions
Because clients receive instant access to all course materials, programs, and digital content upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated below.
- Generational Wealth Program: No refunds will be issued after purchase.
- Generational Wealth+ Program: Eligible for a refund only within the first 7 days (see Section 2).
- Private Tutoring: No refunds will be provided once sessions have begun.
- Monthly Payment Services: All monthly payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, future charges will stop, but no refunds will be issued for past payments.
2. Generational Wealth+ Program – 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The Generational Wealth+ Program is the only program that offers a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Requests must be sent to [email protected] with proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- After 7 days, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
3. Subscription & Monthly Payments – No Refunds
- Any service or program with a monthly payment option is non-refundable.
- If you cancel a monthly payment plan, future charges will stop, but past payments are not eligible for a refund.
- Monthly payment services do not provide lifetime access. If payments stop, access is revoked.
4. Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
Filing a chargeback for a valid purchase is considered fraudulent and a violation of this policy.
- If a chargeback is initiated, access to all courses and services will be immediately revoked, and legal action may be pursued.
